Announcement of the Winning Teams of the “Green Blue Education Forum 2026” Contest

The Green Blue Education Forum Executive Committee (Chair: Noriko Ishizaka, President of Ishizaka Inc.), organizer of Green Blue Education Forum 2026 (GBEF2026), which is co-hosted by the Ministry of the Environment, Japan, is pleased to announce the winners of the GBEF Contest.

Under the theme “The Environment We Wish to Preserve, the Future We Wish to Create,” the contest received 46 entries from 17 prefectures across Japan during the application period from May 12 to August 6, 2026. Following the first-round screening based on submitted entry sheets, 23 teams advanced to the final round. After the final judging session held on August 17, 2026, 8 winning teams were selected.

The winning teams will present their projects at GBEF2026, which will be held on Sunday, September 6, 2026, and will also be recognized during the awards ceremony.

Recordings of the presentations will be made available on the official GBEF website at a later date.

GBEF2026 is open to the public. Those who wish to attend are requested to register in advance using the registration form below.

About the “Taiken-no-Kikai-no-Ba” Research Organization

A voluntary organization established by businesses certified by prefectural governors and other authorities as providers of officially recognized experiential learning opportunities. The organization was created to further enhance experiential learning programs from a private-sector perspective. It currently has 21 member organizations and, in October 2022, signed an agreement with the Ministry of the Environment to promote and expand experiential learning opportunities under the Act on the Promotion of Environmental Conservation Activities through Environmental Education.
