Announcement of the 2026 “Special Program”

We are pleased to announce that the 2026 edition of the “Ishizaka Presents: Special Program” will take place on July 3 and December 4.

This special program offers participants the opportunity to experience our management philosophy and organizational culture firsthand through a lecture by President Noriko Ishizaka, interactions with our employees, and tours of our resource recycling plant and the environmental education facility “Santome Konjakumura.”

This two-part program explores the relationship between organizations and value creation under the theme of “Earth and Wood.”

In the first session, focusing on “soil,” we will explore how to cultivate an organizational foundation—such as instilling corporate philosophy and fostering a positive work culture—that nurtures employees who embrace challenges.

In the second session, focusing on “trees,” we will share, using practical case studies as a guide, the process by which employee-led initiatives—like branches and leaves—spread out from this foundation and lead to value creation.

Just as soil nurtures a tree, allowing it to take strong root and spread its branches and leaves, this program offers insights into the organizational culture and value creation cultivated by Ishizaka Inc. While you may attend each session individually, participating in both sessions will provide a more comprehensive understanding of the connection between organizational development and value creation.

Ishizaka Presents Special Program

Session 1: Friday, July 3, 2026, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Theme: Building the Organizational Soil That Empowers Employees to Take on Challenges

As the business environment undergoes significant changes, it is “people” who shape the future of a company, making it essential to cultivate a strong organizational foundation. No matter how excellent a company’s strategies or vision may be, new value is unlikely to emerge without an environment where employees can take the initiative to embrace challenges.
Since its founding, Ishizaka has aimed to realize a society where waste is not treated as waste, fostering a corporate culture in which every employee takes the initiative to create new value through proactive challenges.
In the first session of this program, Noriko Ishizaka will discuss the philosophy and practices of “building an organization that embraces challenges,” cultivated over the 20 years since she assumed the role of president.

◆Recommended for:
・Business leaders and executives who want to build an organization where employees take the initiative to tackle challenges
・Those who feel challenged by the task of instilling corporate values or building organizational culture

Session 2: Friday, December 4, 2026, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Theme: Designing the Future Together with Our Employees — Creating New Value That Spreads Like Branches —

A company’s culture and future are not shaped by management alone. The environment surrounding businesses is undergoing significant changes, including population decline, labor shortages, diversifying values, and the need to address environmental and social challenges. In such times, there is a growing need for the ability to create new value by transcending departmental boundaries and collaborating with external partners. When every employee takes a proactive role and expands into cross-departmental co-creation, the company’s future will branch out like the limbs of a tree.
In the second program, we will introduce Ishizaka’s practical case studies, covering mechanisms for instilling corporate philosophy, initiatives for cross-departmental value creation, and employee-led efforts to shape the future.
On the day of the event, in addition to employee-led presentations, we will showcase a portion of the workshops actually conducted within the company. You will experience firsthand the process by which employees and management work together to understand business operations and shape the company’s future.

◆Recommended for:
・Those who want to foster cross-departmental collaboration
・Those who want to practice management that shapes the future together with their employees
・Those who want to generate new business opportunities and create value from within the company
