Although the business environment is becoming increasingly tough, companies that are chosen by customers, have lively employees, and are loved by the local community have something in common.
What is an organization where people can shine? What is the purpose of a company? What is its value? What is the role of managers and leaders?
Okubo’s warm words made it easy for me to understand what is important for people and organizations to change.
