<Instructor Profile>
Has worked as a freelance stylist since 2002. Extremely busy, she began to think about health. In 2006, she began practicing macrobiotics to improve her own physical conditions, including atopic dermatitis and fatigue. In 2011, she studied dietary therapy under Master Omori Kazuki and obtained a Master’s degree. She studied mental counseling and coaching. She began freelance physical improvement consultation and bento delivery. In 2013, with investment, she
established Toyouke Co., Ltd., part of the gC Story Group, and became its representative director. She opened Onakama, a restaurant in Monzen-Nakacho that only caters to one group per day. She currently provides health management support services to support the mind and body of companies. She also works as an executive physical improvement consultant who works closely with individuals, and as a lecturer for companies and local governments.
