We held a study session for young employees called “Kizuna Juku”

On Monday, April 9th, we held “Kizuna Juku,” an internal study group for young employees in their first to third years with the company.
Kizuna Juku is held several times a year with different content, such as accompanying employees to lectures and company tours, as an opportunity for communication between employees and the president.
This time, the study group was aimed at young employees who will be responsible for the future of our company, and they learned about the company’s history and future initiatives directly from Noriko Ishizaka and other management members.

▲ Ishizaka also explained the company’s history and future plans.

Our company began hiring new graduates in 2016, and the number of employees in their 20s and 30s is increasing in many departments.
Kizuna Juku is one of the initiatives aimed at promoting communication among these new employees and passing on Ishizakaism.

Representative Ishizaka delivered a passionate message to the participating employees, saying,
“I want you to become seniors who have passion for your work, a sense of responsibility, and a sense of mission,” and “You won’t be a real “full-fledged
” employee until you stop causing trouble for others. Once you’ve achieved that, the next step is to become someone who can help others.”

I hope to be able to use what I learned over the past half day in my future work, rather than just digesting it to myself.

At the luncheon, participants enjoyed the special curry made by the Exchange Plaza using only natural spices.
▲The factory tour gave me a renewed appreciation for the technology that has been used in our main business.
