To work energetically every day, employees are required to have rich imaginations and proactive proposals on the front lines, and to get their superiors and executives involved and motivate the entire company.
In this course, using the example of a food-related store management, the 15 basic steps of planning that can be applied to any job were introduced in an easy-to-understand picture-story format, and participants learned about the planning and proposal skills that companies require.
This course was extremely useful not only for those aiming to become managers or entrepreneurs, but also for those who want to “put their ideas into shape and succeed in the workplace!” and “gain persuasive proposal and presentation skills!”
