As a special event for employees during the summer holidays, we held a “Work Open Day” for employees’ families.
This was planned so that employees could see their families at work, something they don’t usually get to see.
During the factory tour that day, the children were fascinated by watching their fathers at work!
They waved at them inside the factory and had a direct explanation of the work,
making it an unforgettable experience.
By seeing the workplace where their children or parents work, the children were able to once again realize the wonderfulness of “no-waste technology” and the skills of the people who work there.
They also enjoyed a delicious experience at the Community Plaza, and at the end, everyone took a group photo.
It was a wonderful summer vacation memory for both the company and my family.
