Request to customers regarding delivery

Regarding the delivery of industrial waste, we ask for your cooperation in “preventing the mixing of hazardous materials and unlicensed items” and “preventing overloaded vehicles.”

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage. When bringing industrial waste to our company, please be sure to take note of the following precautions.

◼︎About bringing in dangerous goods and unlicensed items

There may be cases where “dangerous goods” or “unauthorized items” are mixed in with the packages delivered to our company. There are many different types of “dangerous goods,” but we will show you some examples of items that have been delivered to our company in the past.

・Dry cell batteries
・Smoke grenades
・Spray cans
・Car steering wheels (airbags)

The above items may ignite or explode, which could lead to a serious fire, so please be careful when selecting them.

Other examples include the following:

・Castings (may damage the crusher)
・Ceramics (may damage the crusher)
・Chemicals (may give off unpleasant odors and have a negative effect on workers)
・Medical tools such as syringes (there is a risk of workers being stabbed)

If any such items are found in the delivered luggage, the delivery company that unloaded the luggage will be identified and asked to take the items back with them, so we ask for your cooperation in strengthening thorough sorting at the time of loading.

◼︎Preventing overloading

Enforcement of overloading has been further strengthened.

Overloading not only affects the driver, but also the business operator, and may result in punishment. The responsibility is heavy, and the driver and business operator may be held accountable for their management responsibilities and may be subject to administrative sanctions. Furthermore, overloading is not only a violation of the Road Traffic Act, but can also lead to accidents, making it very dangerous.

・Vehicle troubles (chassis/bolt damage, tire bursts, etc.)
・Increased braking distance (brakes become hot and ineffective)
・Difficulty turning on curves (high center of gravity, risk of rollover)
・Decreased fuel efficiency (harmful to the environment)

In the unlikely event of an accident, it could lead to a secondary disaster. Please be aware of the dangers of overloading and cooperate in preventing such operations.
