We have simultaneously obtained the international standards “GLOBAL GAP” and “ASIA GAP” certifications.

Through our wide range of business activities, we are working to conserve the environment for a sustainable future.

Our Ishizaka Farm has now acquired both GLOBAL GAP and ASIA GAP certifications in order to provide you with safe, secure and delicious agricultural products. By practicing sustainable production management related to environmental conservation and food safety, we hope to raise the level of our efforts.

“GLOBAL GAP” is an international standard for GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) that is practiced in over 120 countries around the world, including Japan, primarily in Europe. “ASIA GAP” is a certification system promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries that is awarded to farms that are committed to food safety and environmental conservation.

The two standards certify that a certain standard is met after a third party has inspected over 200 items, including not only the quality of the agricultural products but also the use of pesticides, the environment such as soil and water quality, and the safety of people working on the farm.

Through the production of agricultural products, Ishizaka Farm aims to provide safe and delicious food that is locally produced and consumed, and to be an environmentally friendly farm that takes the local environment into consideration.
