[Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program]

<1st Session> Thursday, July 20, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
“Human Resource Management for Developing Next-Generation Leaders”

The relationship between companies and employees is changing due to technological advances and diversifying values and work styles. Many companies are facing challenges in developing next-generation leaders. How can
we develop the “ability to adapt to change” required of future leaders and acquire diverse perspectives and perspectives through understanding and practicing the SDGs (social problem-solving)?
How should companies engage with organizations to foster self-sufficiency and proactive engagement in each employee?
“Every job has meaning and value,” and “The Ishizaka brand is our employees.” Noriko Ishizaka will share her human resource utilization techniques, which maximize employee potential and cultivate the next generation of leaders.

<Session 2> Friday, December 1, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
“Management Strategies for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises with an Eye to the Future

.” SMEs, which have fewer management resources—people, goods, money, and information—than large corporations, are uniquely positioned. They have their own unique way of living and competing, and offer advantages that large corporations lack. This allows them to develop strategies tailored to their size and character.
Leveraging these advantages is the strength of SMEs, and it can be said to be an important strategy that maximizes their individuality. We will share new perspectives and ideas, adapt to the changing business environment surrounding SMEs, and offer tips for sustainable growth, using examples from Ishizaka Sangyo’s 56-year history and past initiatives. We will also discuss investing in the future.

In the morning of each session, we will offer tours of Ishizaka Sangyo’s resource recycling plant, which boasts a 98% reduction and recycling rate, and its restored satoyama forest.
For lunch, we will provide a hand-made udon noodle set using organic wheat from our own farm.
Enjoy locally-made udon noodles, a part of the local Musashino food culture, along with the rustic wildflowers of the satoyama.

The social gathering following the lecture will be held at the Kunugi Forest Communication Plaza, where the Mitomi Past and Present Village cooking staff will serve a buffet-style selection of dishes incorporating organic vegetables and herbs from Ishizaka Organic Farm, as well as wildflowers from the satoyama.
Please use this as an opportunity to chat with Noriko Ishizaka and to network with other participants. (税込) English:
