Announcement of the 2020 “Special Program” schedule

*As of January 2020, we had announced that the event would be held three times a year (the first in May). However, in light of the impact of the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), and with the health and safety of all attendees as our top priority, we have decided to cancel the May event.

We would appreciate your understanding.

————————————————–

This year marks the third year of the “Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program.” Many people from all over Japan participate in each event,
which includes themed factory tours, a solo lecture by Noriko Ishizaka, and a social gathering . We have received many kind requests to return next year, so we have decided to hold three programs with different themes in 2020.

In 2020, we will be giving in-depth talks on the topics
“Human Resource Management: Motivating Employees” and
“Ishizaka-style ESG Management.”

<1st session> Friday, September 18th, 13:00-17:00
“Motivating employees! Human resource management”

Amid calls for work style reform and productivity improvement, the “content” of employees’ work is drawing increasing attention.
How should companies interact with their employees to create an organization where each employee thinks for themselves and works proactively? Ishizaka, who advocates “reform of job satisfaction” and states that “our employees are the brand of ISHIZAKA,” will talk about the human resource management
he has implemented to maximize the abilities of his employees.

<2nd Session> December 4th (Friday) 13:00-17:00
“Ishizaka-style ESG Management”

In recent years, ESG has been gaining attention from investors around the world.
We see ESG as a very important keyword that will have a major impact on the future economy and corporate valuations.
In order to keep up with the changing times, it is essential to quickly understand and address ESG. We will discuss
how Ishizaka Sangyo is addressing the three elements that companies need to achieve long-term growth,
using specific examples.

An optional course is available before the above date and time (morning).
You will be guided through Ishizaka Sangyo’s recycling plant, which boasts a waste reduction and recycling rate of 98%.
For lunch, enjoy seasonal dishes made with vegetables from our own farm, Ishizaka Organic Farm.

In addition, Ishizaka will also be participating in the social gathering after the lecture , and the interaction between participants is always well-received.
A standing buffet will be served, featuring dishes using local seasonal ingredients and alcoholic beverages.
