*What is the Green Blue Education Forum?

This competition is run by the Green Blue Education Forum Research Institute. It promotes the dissemination and awareness-raising activities of the Green Blue Education Forum. It is comprised of organizations certified as “Green Blue Education Forums” under the Environmental Education Promotion Act, as well as companies and organizations that share and support the philosophy of experiential environmental education.
In today’s world, where environmental, economic, and social issues are intricately intertwined, ESD and environmental education initiatives based on the SDGs are more necessary than ever to realize a sustainable society. The Green Blue Education Forum decided to host this competition as a way for the young generation who will lead the future to proactively identify and consider issues, compile solutions, and widely communicate them in order to eliminate inequity between them and future generations. It aims to provide an opportunity for them to experience the joy of learning, thinking, and communicating.
Through this competition, we aim to discover and develop leaders who have a strong desire to change the world and who are equipped with imagination, critical thinking, judgment, and expressiveness.
