Do you wake up refreshed every day? When you wake up, do you feel motivated to do your best? Are you battling fatigue that doesn’t go away even after sleep?
ZEROGYM, a gym specializing in fatigue recovery, has trained over 1,000 people and found that the key to optimal condition that applies to everyone is “waking up refreshed in the morning.”
Our sleep quality can unknowingly deteriorate due to lifestyle changes such as busy daily schedules, lack of exercise, and long hours working on a computer .
This course will be held in three sessions, focusing on the key elements of waking up refreshed in the morning, including “sleep,” “diet,” and “breathing.” You
can also attend just one session, so please feel free to join us if there is a topic that interests you.

<Instructor Profile>
Izuka Matsuo Izuka Matsuo
studied psychology and psychiatry at university and traveled to the United States to further her knowledge. While providing dietary guidance, she witnessed women suffering from food restrictions, and based on the idea that “appetite should not be restricted but calmed,” she continued to research appetite and eating habits, establishing her own original method, “food meditation.” In June 2017, she launched ZEROGYM, Japan’s first gym dedicated to fatigue recovery, as a new business venture, and developed a method that addresses both brain and physical fatigue.
