The August 5th edition of the Circulation Economy Newspaper featured an article about the “2019 2nd Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program,” which was held at our company on July 5th .
The special program changes the theme three times a year and is held on the theme that has been most requested by our readers.
The theme of the second session was “Ishizaka Style: Management Strategies to Increase Corporate Evaluation.”
Ishizaka listed three key points for increasing corporate evaluation:
1) evolving and deepening with the times,
2) introducing external evaluation standards ,
and 3) employees deciding on corporate evaluation
. He spoke about these points using examples from his own company.
On the day, many questions were asked by the customers in attendance, and Ishizaka also conveyed the
message that “We must be strongly aware that it is the waste disposal industry that creates a circular society, and we ourselves must continue to have high aspirations.”
We are currently accepting applications for the third special program, “20 Questions Answered by Noriko Ishizaka,” to be held in November.
