Special program “Management strategies to enhance corporate reputation” held

On July 5th, the second Ishizaka
Sangyo special program,
“Ishizaka Style Management Strategies to Increase Corporate Evaluation,” was held at Ishizaka Sangyo’s headquarters.

On the day, our company representative, Noriko Ishizaka, gave a lecture on the theme of “Ishizaka Style: Management Strategies to Enhance Corporate Evaluation,” followed by a social gathering.
In the morning, as an optional course, those who wished to participate were also able to take part in a tour of facilities such as a recycling plant and a biodiversity forest.
Approximately 80 people attended, making it a very successful day.

Ishizaka’s lecture focused on the theme of “Management strategies to enhance corporate evaluation,” focusing on three pillars:
1) deepening with the times,
2) introducing external evaluation standards, and
3) employees deciding corporate evaluation . He spoke about the history of Ishizaka Sangyo, its transition from an “industrial waste intermediate processing business” to a “resource recycling business,” and the “Ishizaka-style” process leading up to obtaining ISO and JHEP certifications and winning the Japan Management Quality Award. Furthermore, employees in charge of agriculture and young employees in charge of preparing application documents also took to the stage for a Q&A session.

At the subsequent social gathering, participants enjoyed a “delicious experience” using 100% organic indigenous vegetables grown at Ishizaka Farm, providing a meaningful opportunity for interaction.

The next event is scheduled for Friday, November 8th.
Please look forward to future “Ishizaka Sangyo Special Programs.”
