A first in the construction waste processing industry! Introducing a uniaxial crusher for coarse crushing manufactured by Kubota Environmental Services

In June, Ishizaka Sangyo Co., Ltd. introduced a uniaxial crusher from Kubota Environmental Services Co., Ltd.
With a processing capacity more than 10 times that of conventional crushers, it is expected to improve work efficiency and safety, and
make it possible to further stabilize production.

First introduction in the construction and waste industry

In June 2019, Ishizaka Sangyo received permission to introduce Kubota Environmental Services Co., Ltd.’s Mastifneo Type R single-shaft crusher. This marks the first introduction of this equipment in the construction waste processing industry. The
new crusher is equipped with a torque limiter, an industry-first dedicated reducer for crushers, which prevents damage to the machine or line stoppages even when foreign objects are mixed in. Furthermore, the size of the crushed material can be adjusted, ensuring that disposal meets processing standards. These features will enable even greater production stability in the future.

Contributing to work style reform at plants

The introduction of the new crusher will increase processing capacity by more than 10 times compared to conventional crushers. Furthermore, just like with rotary cutters, the fixed blades can be partially replaced or rotated when worn, significantly reducing maintenance time and contributing greatly to the efficiency of plant staff and work style reform.
Going forward, we will continue to invest in equipment and introduce cutting-edge technology to improve our processing capacity for construction-related industrial waste and to improve the working environment for our employees.
