Thanks to advances in medical technology and improvements in medical services, Japan’s life expectancy has continued to increase since the end of World War II, and it is now one of the world’s leading countries in terms of longevity.
However, healthy life expectancy is nearly 10 years lower than average, and with many elderly people visiting hospitals, the burden of medical care is expected to continue to increase.
We tend to think, “If I get sick, I just go to the hospital and get treated. If I’m in pain, I just take medicine.” However, in order to extend a healthy and independent life, each individual needs to be aware of the “signs from their body” and take preventative measures.

This course focuses on “body distortion” and will
focus . Symptoms that you may be concerned about, such as lower back pain, stiff shoulders, headaches, fatigue, and swelling, caused by distortion, may be signs from your body.

This hands-on workshop will teach you the mindset you need to maintain your health, that of your family, and for the future. Feel free to join us, whether you are currently feeling unwell or not.
