February 13th (Wednesday) I gave a keynote speech at the Fukuoka Prefecture “Environmental Seminar”
On February 13th, Noriko Ishizaka gave a lecture at the “Environmental Seminar” held by the Fukuoka Prefecture Industrial Resources Recycling Association, a public interest incorporated association, in Fukuoka City.
The environmental seminar was held under the theme of “Developing human resources involved in industrial waste treatment and corporate growth,”
with the aim of providing participants with the necessary knowledge for an industry that is expected to play a greater role in the future as an environmental industry, as well as
thinking about “corporate branding” that will improve corporate value.
Ishizaka gave a lecture to provide an opportunity to think about how to resolve the labor shortage and human resource development issues that are cited as challenges in the industrial waste disposal industry, as well as the corporate growth necessary for companies to survive.
While their main business is industrial waste disposal, Ishizaka spoke about the background to their diverse initiatives, including environmental conservation and the promotion of environmental education, as well as his own approach to management.
