An interview with our company representative, Noriko Ishizaka, was published in the February issue of “Todai” (Daisanbunmeisha), a monthly educational magazine that supports people involved in child-rearing and education.

I spoke about practices in which businesses and governments can work together to build a society in which diversity is accepted and people can coexist.
The interview also introduces Ishizaka’s belief that “diversity can only be achieved by creating an environment where diverse people can work, not just by following the system, but also by creating an environment where the opinions and requests of those diverse people are listened to.”
At our company, we create an employee-participation work environment through projects and committees so that each individual can shine.
In addition, the experiential environmental education program conducted at the Satoyama field and Mitomi Konjaku Village is also a place to learn about the “coexistence of people, nature, and technology.”
