ISHIZAKA Kizuna Juku “Cafe Exchange Event” has started!

Our company holds “Kizuna Juku” events, where employees can speak directly with our CEO, Noriko Ishizaka, to deepen bonds and increase a sense of unity among employees.

Kizuna Juku has held events such as birthday parties and luncheons for employees, accompanying employees to lectures, and overnight training sessions, changing the theme every year.

This year, a “cafe exchange event” was held,
with the aim of allowing a smaller number of people to have a more interactive dialogue with Ishizaka.
The event was held in a rest building built last year for on-site employees.
Surrounded by carefully designed interiors, the event had the atmosphere of a real cafe.

The theme of the networking event was “Reasons for working.”
Employees from different departments and generations shared their thoughts about their work.
“I work for my family. It’s a job I can be proud of in front of my family.”
“There’s so much to learn, and I feel like I’m growing as a person.”
“I want to contribute to society and make the people around me happy.”

Even when working together, it’s difficult to hear each other’s reasons for working.
By taking a break from work, we were able to reaffirm each other’s feelings.

Ishizaka conveyed the following messages to employees:
