“Aromatherapy Hand Treatment” is an easy relaxation method.
It is said to have the effect of loosening and warming the body. As the cold season approaches, we will use aromatherapy to prevent and treat potential physical and mental disorders. It will help loosen up a stiff body, combat the cold, and promote sound sleep. We will introduce methods that are perfect not only for caring for yourself, but also for caring for family, friends, and other close people.
Get in shape with “hand treatment” and get through this winter!
Participants should bring one bath towel (or two face towels).

<Instructor Profile>
After discovering aromatherapy while participating in an aromatherapy class organized by the elementary school PTA, she obtained not only the aromatherapy certification from the Japan Aroma Environment Association but also an aromatherapist qualification.
In addition to providing aromatherapy treatments at home, she also serves as a workshop instructor at Yoyogi Sanand Natulab. School. Starting next spring, she will also be teaching a course to prepare for the aromatherapy advisor qualification.
