On October 1st, Ishizaka Sangyo Co., Ltd. held its 2019 employment acceptance ceremony.
In his address, the president said, “Looking ahead to 50 years from now, Ishizaka Sangyo will continue to change, so please start thinking now about what kind of contribution you would like to make in the future and set your goals. You are the person you want to be.”
In the oath taken by the successful applicants, we heard powerful words such as, “I want to become a person who can utilize my strengths and contribute to the company,” and “I want to convey the importance of coexisting with the environment and nature.”
The successful applicants will undergo six months of training before joining the company in April of next year.
Ishizaka Sangyo will strive to further develop by creating an environment in which each employee can grow and thrive.
