A collaboration with the New York art facility “CMA” has begun!

The Children’s Museum of the Arts (CMA) in New York, which is visited by 150,000 people a year, is an art facility where children can enjoy art experiences with professional artists.

Mitomi Konjaku Mura, a Satoyama environmental education field run by Ishizaka Sangyo, is collaborating with CMA to simultaneously host an art experience program similar to the one held at the New York facility.

This program allows children to interact with children and artists in New York by taking photos of the process of creating the artwork and the finished product and posting them online.

You can see the exchange on the following page:

Ishizaka Sangyo believes that education is essential to realizing a sustainable society. We will
also focus on collaboration with overseas organizations, including CMA, to promote environmental education (ESD) that involves interacting with nature and learning through various experiences.
