Theme: “How to create the best condition to survive in the era of 100-year lifespans – Super fatigue recovery”
Date and time: Wednesday, November 7th, 18:15-19:45
Lecturer: Professional body designer Izuka Matsuo
Location: Ishizaka Sangyo Co., Ltd. Headquarters Building 5th floor large conference room
Have you ever heard of the term “active health”? It is a concept that aims to improve your life by improving and maintaining your own physical condition, rather than treating or improving after you become ill or unwell. In today’s world, where lack of exercise and various stresses can easily lead to physical and mental problems, we help you learn how to take care of your own mind and body, and stay in the best possible condition.
The third and final session, on Wednesday, November 7th, will be a “Super Fatigue Recovery” course for creating high performance!
The brains of modern business people are constantly under stress. We will use mindfulness and meditation to temporarily stop thinking and release the brain from tension, which is fatigued by constant information overload.
This will involve lectures and yoga mat work, so please wear comfortable clothing.
