Ishizaka Gijuku will be holding a special public lecture on Wednesday, July 4th.

In order to grow as an employee and as a company, it is necessary to know how people from various backgrounds maintain their motivation and work hard every day, and to accept diversity and walk together with them.
The course will be led by Shunsuke Narisawa, who has attracted attention from all quarters for his catchphrase “the most cheerful visually impaired person in the world.” He will introduce methods for motivating and encouraging people by sharing know-how he has cultivated through practice and examples of how he has brought out the strengths of people who have difficulty finding employment.
<About the lecturer>
Born in Saga Prefecture in 1985. Graduated from Saitama Prefectural University, Department of Social Welfare. Lost his eyesight in his early twenties due to the incurable congenital disease retinitis pigmentosa.
In December 2011, he became Executive Director of the NPO FDA, which aims to create jobs for people with employment difficulties. In August 2016, he became Chairman of the NPO FDA.
