Although modern people’s lives have become more affluent, they are said to be somewhat lacking in exercise, which is closely linked to the frequency of injuries and health risks. This course will help you become more aware of exercise by learning about your muscle strength and range of motion, as well as help you develop a habit of stretching and simple exercises to help you maintain a healthy body. It is also effective in preventing back pain. This is a must-see for those who do not normally exercise or have exercise habits, and those who want to refresh their bodies.

Sumie Nanaka (CEO of Daiken Setsubi Kogyo Co., Ltd.)
is a dance movement instructor certified by the Japan Women’s Athletic Federation.
She has been teaching the general public for 30 years to maintain a healthy body and maintain exercise habits.
