Ishizaka Sangyo was used in a class program at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School

Our company was used in the class program of the Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy (ICS) Global Network Project.

As part of its “Global Network Project,” Hitotsubashi University is partnering with a Canadian business school to develop human resources who understand Japan’s economy and current situation and can play an active role in the international community.
This time, students from approximately 30 countries came to Japan for two weeks to visit companies and learn about the unique management, strategy, and organizational characteristics of Japanese companies.

On the day, the participants were given a tour of the recycling plant and Satoyama conservation efforts, and asked lively questions about specific initiatives such as
“How do you manage staff safety?” and
“To what stage has the plant’s automation progressed?”

During the lecture by our CEO, Noriko Ishizaka, the participants seemed particularly interested in management ideas and methods, such as the integrated management system of the international standard ISO, and building a company that promotes “symbiosis” that is needed by local residents and customers.
