On October 26th, the “Experience Opportunity Places” Research Organization, chaired by our company representative, Noriko Ishizaka, and the Ministry of the Environment signed an agreement to enhance and expand the “Experience Opportunity Places.”
“Experience Opportunity Places” are businesses that have been certified by prefectural governors and other organizations as places where people can experience nature experiences and other activities that will increase their motivation to protect the environment. There are currently 13 such places across the country.
The “Experience Opportunity Place” Research Organization, of which our company serves as the secretariat, is an organization established by certified businesses to further enhance experience programs and other programs from a private perspective.
Recently, our research organization and the Ministry of the Environment have signed an agreement with the aim of enhancing and expanding “opportunities for experience.” This is the first public-private agreement on environmental education concluded by the government.
We will promote the expansion and dissemination of “opportunities for experience” and work to develop experience programs and develop human resources in order to deepen understanding and interest in environmental conservation through environmental education.
