We held a “Family Work Open Day”

As a special event for employees during the summer holidays, we held a “Family Open House Day” for employees and their families.
This was planned to allow the families who always support us to see the workplace and what it’s like.

Tour staff will guide you through a tour of the recycling factory, a free stroll through the Satoyama countryside, and a “delicious experience” at the Community Plaza.

During the factory tour, the children were fascinated by the cool sight of their father operating the heavy machinery!
When they called out to him, “Good luck, Dad!” he waved back.

“I was happy that the whole family could come to the company where my grandson works,” and “I got to see my daughter working hard and raising her voice,” and it seems that this has become a wonderful memory of their summer vacation.

It was an opportunity for the employees to see their families working enthusiastically and gain a deeper understanding of the company and its initiatives.
