Representatives from a Spanish recycling company came to visit our company

Recently, a group of people from a company that specializes in construction and infrastructure, but also operates a machinery and plastic recycling business, came all the way from Spain to tour our facility.

This tour was made possible due to the great interest shown in environmental projects being undertaken by Japanese private companies.

On the day, the group visited a recycling factory that has achieved a 95% reduction and recycling rate, an initiative to preserve Satoyama (woodland villages) that coexists with the local community and nature, an oak forest that is also used as a place for environmental education, and an exchange plaza where people of all generations gather, and listened attentively to the explanations given by the guide staff.

Although there are differences in the scale of factories and processing methods between Spain and Japan, he said, “I’ve never seen such a clean factory,” and was very impressed by our company’s strict 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain).
