Our company was featured in the Seikyo Shimbun newspaper on May 27th. The article covers our company’s reforms since the Tokorozawa dioxin incident in 1999, how we have been accepted by the local community, how we took over as president from our father, the previous president, and our role as the second-generation president, along with our company’s book “Five Senses Management.”
Representative Ishizaka places great importance on the perspective of “connecting with the local community.”

In order for people, organizations, and communities to connect, some kind of connection is necessary, and in our case, environmental conservation played a major role in this. We obtained the international environmental conservation standard ISO140001 and are thorough in our efforts to organize, tidy up, and clean. This attitude has gradually been recognized by the local community.
In 2003, we started the Satoyama Regeneration Project with the desire to “regenerate the woodland, which was suffering from the effects of illegal dumping, into a beautiful Satoyama.” The Satoyama that we manage and conserve are important places for continuing to connect with local people.
The “Kuugi Forest Communication Plaza,” which opened in 2016 as a place for multi-generational interaction, serves as the entrance to our forest. Please come and enjoy the nature of our Satoyama.
