The first seminar, “Designing the Future: Managing the Power of Success,” was held.
On April 26th, at Ishizaka Sangyo’s headquarters, a keynote speech was given by President Ishizaka, followed by a talk session with guest facilitator Izuru Maeda on the theme of “Designing the Future – Managing the Power to Succeed,” followed by a social gathering. Those interested were also invited to take part in a tour of the recycling plant, biodiversity forest, and other facilities.
Approximately 80 people participated, making it a great success.

In his keynote speech entitled “Five Senses Management,” President Ishizaka spoke about the process that led to Ishizaka Sangyo’s reforms, his management mindset, and his outlook for changing the image of not only his company but the industrial waste industry as a whole.
During the talk session, Mr. Maeda facilitated the session and discussed the important things to do to develop the ability to succeed.

“Do the ordinary things thoroughly.” “Do what others don’t.” “Become a company that is loved by employees.”
The talk session between the two speakers was filled with useful keywords such as:
