[Circulation Design Master] New Employee Training Program

ACCEPTING
This program is designed for first-year employees in comapnies and organizations from various sectors. It provides experiential training to help participants understand how their work connects to society. By touring “real-world sites of circularity” like resource recycling plants and satoyama landscapes with all five senses, participants gain a tangible sense of how their daily lives and future responsibilities fit within the resource, environmental, and societal cycles. Rather than cramming knowledge, it cultivates new employees who can articulate the meaning and responsibility of work in their own words through experiences of “seeing, touching, and thinking.”

Program Conclusion
Hand-sorting Experience
We achieve a 98% reduction and recycling rate by incorporating manual sorting. Participants learn about current manufacturing practices and on-site innovations by handling actual waste delivered to our facility and designing sorting rules themselves in small groups. This program encourages teams to consider what each individual can do toward resource circulation, fostering a sense of personal ownership through collaborative thinking and action.
Reflection Workshop
This workshop allows participants to reflect on their day’s experiences and discover new perspectives through others’ insights. By sharing these realizations rather than merely absorbing information, it creates opportunities for changes in behavior and attitude starting tomorrow.
(Themes and content can be freely customized to suit your objectives. Leave it to our experienced staff/concierge.)
