Program Conclusion
Employee Session
A major appeal is the opportunity to engage in in-depth group discussions with three employees from different departments and years of service, tailored to your specific goals. By hearing directly about their real-world experiences gained through daily work, as well as their values and perspectives on their jobs, you can gain a multifaceted understanding of the company’s atmosphere and work culture. Furthermore, since each employee offers a different viewpoint on the same topic, comparing their insights while listening often sparks new realizations and discoveries, leading to a deeper understanding.
Reflection Workshop
This workshop allows participants to reflect on their day’s experiences and discover new perspectives through others’ insights. By sharing these realizations rather than merely absorbing information, it creates opportunities for changes in behavior and attitude starting tomorrow.
(Themes and content can be freely customized to suit your objectives. Leave it to our experienced staff/concierge.)
