Dealing with industrial waste in a factory
The business sector of industrial waste treatment cannot survive without working in harmony with the local community. Based on this principle, we decided to put a roof over the plant of industrial waste recycling, which used to be open in general, and to take thoroughly preventive measures to avoid dust and noise emission to the environment.
This trial was the initiation of Ishizaka-system, which is now developed as the environmentally sound industrial waste treatment system.
Four steps of recycling flow
There are four major steps of recycling flow of industrial wastes in the Ishizaka plant; They are flows of concrete, woods, metals and the mixed wastes where plastics and papers are taken out of them for recycling. Those wastes come from the entire Kanto-region by trucks and enter to the first parking lots. The acceptable wastes to receive are determined by the national law.
We guide in a friendly manner each truck according to the type of loaded waste: the truck which loads concrete waste is guided to Section B building, the truck which loads wood waste is to Section E building, mixed waste is to Section C building, and metal waste is to Section F building.
