To ensure the proper handling of personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information  (“the Act”), we have established this Privacy Policy (“this Policy”).

  1. We will obtain from you only the minimum information necessary in connection with all services we provide (“our Service”) and will exercise the utmost care in protecting your personal information.

  2. In the following cases, the party to which the personal data has been provided will not fall under a third party:
    • Cases in which we entrust all or part of the handling of personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use; and
    • Cases in which personal data is provided as a result of a business succession due to a merger or other circumstances.

4. Request for Disclosure, Deletion, Etc. of Personal Information

  1. For requests for notification or disclosure of the purposes of use, correction, addition, or deletion of the contents, suspension of use, deletion, or cessation of provision to third parties, and disclosure of the records of provision to third parties of personal data we hold, as well as complaints or inquiries regarding personal information, please call our Digital Strategy Promotion Office at 049-259-5800 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
  2. Please note that we will not meet your request for notification or disclosure of the purposes of use, correction, addition, or deletion of the contents, suspension of use, deletion, or cessation of provision to third parties of any personal data we hold whose disclosure, etc. is not permitted by laws and regulations or whose storage period has expired.

7. Disclaimer

Please note that personal information voluntarily disclosed in connection with our Service, such as in a comment posted on articles, may be collected and used by third parties. We will not be liable for any consequences arising from the voluntary disclosure of personal information.

8. Revision of Privacy Policy

We may revise this Policy as necessary. When revising this Policy, we will announce the revision on our website. The revised Policy will take effect at the time when it is posted.
