Notice of Grant Approval for the “Large-Scale Growth Investment Subsidy for Labor-Saving Measures to Raise Wages in Medium-sized and Small Enterprises”
Ishizaka Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been selected in the fourth round of applications for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s “Large-Scale Growth Investment Subsidy for Labor-Saving Measures to Raise Wages in Medium-sized and Small Enterprises” (hereinafter “Large-Scale Growth Investment Subsidy”), and the grant of the subsidy has been decided.
The Large-Scale Growth Investment Subsidy is a program that provides subsidies for the establishment of new factories or other facilities and large-scale equipment investments undertaken by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies. These investments aim to achieve sustainable wage increases by enhancing labor productivity through labor-saving measures addressing current labor shortages and by expanding business scale.
Ishizaka has championed the vision of “Zero Waste Design,” pursuing technological innovation to minimize industrial waste landfill disposal and striving to realize a society where waste is no longer treated as waste. Through this subsidy project, we will construct a new plant that transforms waste into valuable recycled raw materials suitable for manufacturing, accelerating resource circulation. This initiative will contribute to realizing the national strategy of the circular economy while also enabling us to return value to our employees through wage increases.
