Announcement of the “Special Program” to be held in 2025

The “Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program” will be held in 2025 (July 3rd).

This program will feature a lecture by President Noriko Ishizaka and a social gathering.
We have prepared a comprehensive itinerary, including a tour of a resource recycling plant that will expose you to cutting-edge environmental issues.

[Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program]

Thursday, July 3rd, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Theme: “Vision Management”: Nurturing Employee Self-Motivation.

In this rapidly changing era, organizations that rely on instructions are no longer required; instead, they foster an environment in which each employee recognizes their role and takes initiative. Aiming to realize a sustainable society and contributing to the local community through environmental projects, Ishizaka Sangyo’s mission is to contribute to the local community
. Maximizing employee self-motivation is a major goal and a key to supporting organizational growth. How do we share and instill our Vision with our employees? We will also discuss the ideas and specific initiatives we use to foster employee self-motivation.

In the morning of the event, you will be guided through Ishizaka Sangyo’s resource recycling factory, which boasts a 98% reduction and recycling rate, and the restored satoyama.
A special lunch featuring vegetables from Ishizaka Organic Farm will be served. Enjoy the local cuisine. After

the lecture, there will be a social gathering at the Kunugi Forest Communication Plaza, where Mitomi Past and Present Village’s chefs will prepare a buffet-style menu incorporating organic vegetables and herbs from Ishizaka Organic Farm and wild plants from the satoyama.
Please use this opportunity to chat with Noriko Ishizaka and to network with other participants.
