The “Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program” will be held in 2024 (July 5th and December 6th).

We have prepared a comprehensive course that includes a tour of a resource recycling plant, providing a glimpse into the cutting edge of environmental issues.
[Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program]
<1st Session> July 5th (Friday), 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM *This event has now concluded.
Theme: “Multi-Skilled Human Resource Management for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
.” Japan’s population has been declining since peaking in 2008. This trend is expected to continue, reaching an estimated 88.08 million by 2065. As the population declines, the working-age population is also shrinking, exacerbating labor shortages. While employment rates for women and workers over 60 are increasing, increasing hiring numbers remains difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Therefore, we are focusing on employee development, focusing on multi-skilling (multi-skilled) employees. We will discuss the multi-skilling of our human resources at Ishizaka Sangyo, including how to utilize it.
<Session 2> Friday, December 6th, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM *The session has now concluded.
Theme: “Management Strategies to Increase Corporate Value for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
” The business environment is undergoing major changes due to changes in global affairs and the rapid advancement of technologies such as AI (artificial intelligence). In this uncertain external environment, increasing corporate value is an even more important issue. Companies that can make decisions based on strategic themes such as “human capital,” “digital transformation,” “sustainability,” and “globalization,” and that can read and adapt to changing times, will be able to achieve sustainable growth.
What is Ishizaka Sangyo’s “management strategy to increase corporate value”? We will share examples of our past efforts.

In the morning of each session, we will tour Ishizaka Sangyo’s resource recycling factory, which boasts a 98% reduction and recycling rate, and its restored satoyama forest.
For lunch, we will serve a hand-made udon noodle set made with organic wheat from our own farm.
Enjoy hand-made udon noodles made with locally grown flour, a part of the local Musashino food culture, along with the rustic wildflowers of the satoyama.
At the social gathering following the lecture, the chefs of Mitomi Konjaku Mura will serve a
buffet-style menu incorporating organic vegetables and herbs from Ishizaka Organic Farm, as well as wildflowers from the satoyama, at the “Kunugi Forest
Communication Plaza.” Please use this opportunity to chat with Noriko Ishizaka and network with other participants.
