We have started accepting applications for the corporate training program “Next Generation Leadership Training – Job Design Course” for leaders on Friday, April 26th.
On Friday, April 26, 2024, Ishizaka Sangyo Co., Ltd. will hold a corporate training program for leadership levels, titled “Next Generation Leadership Training: Work Design Course,” with a focus on human resources.
The world is experiencing rapid change in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Uncertain, Uncertainty) era, creating a demand for next-generation leaders who can think and act independently. Ishizaka Sangyo has embraced the concept of “employees as a brand” to overcome its image as a waste disposal facility and become a company beloved by the local community. This initiative has led to the company’s ongoing transformation into a leading company striving for a circular economy, attracting approximately 60,000 visitors annually.
This training, centered on the company’s “Zero Waste Design” vision, aims to prevent waste from becoming waste.
Participants will observe employees in action and discover insights into the meaning and value of their work, which can be seen from the perspectives of others, the community, and the planet. Participants will also have ample time for reflection and discussion, allowing them to take an active role in the program.
Following the tour, participants will engage in a session with three employees from different departments, positions, and positions. Through a relay-style interview, participants will gain insights into perspectives and attitudes that can be applied to their work.
At the end of the day, participants will reflect on the day and deepen their understanding of the value of their own work and their ideals through the workshop.
(Note 1) Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity are coined words, and refer to situations in which it becomes difficult to predict the future for society or business.
