Awakening Generation Z’s awareness of the SDGs: The only video submission format “Environmental Contest” will hold a free pre-lecture online on July 17th to learn about environmental issues from across the country
The Green Blue Education Forum Executive Committee (Chairperson: Noriko Ishizaka, Representative Director of Ishizaka Sangyo Co., Ltd.) will be holding an online lecture for Generation Z on Saturday, July 17th, with a young environmental activist as the lecturer, with the aim of discovering and nurturing promising talent who will lead the way in solving global environmental and social issues. This will be a place for Generation Z to come into contact with the various realities of environmental issues and create an opportunity for them to think. Participants will also be able to get ideas for their summer vacation independent projects.
This online forum (pre-lecture) will be held as part of the 2nd Green Blue Education Forum Competition, with the final presentation to be held on Saturday, November 27th. Lectures by young environmental activists and others will bring environmental issues closer to Generation Z, providing an opportunity for them to think, and conveying the current state of environmental issues and basic knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner.
