2020 Job Offer Ceremony Held

On October 1st, we held the 2020 job offer ceremony.
This year’s job offer ceremony welcomed eight new students, the highest number ever.

In his opening remarks, the president said, “I would like you to continue your good behavior for the first year. After three years it will become a habit, and after five years it will become a culture. The culture will change as you join the company. It is you who will create the future of Ishizaka Sangyo.”

After the ceremony, a tea party (social gathering) was held with the company president, executives, last year’s new graduates, and the successful applicants.
Some of the successful applicants said things like, “Today has made me feel more determined,” and “I want to get used to the company as quickly as possible and do my best to contribute.”

The successful candidates will undergo six months of training before joining the company in April of next year.
Ishizaka Sangyo will strive to further develop the company by utilizing the strengths of each employee.
