“Family Work Visit Day” held

On Thursday, August 1st, we held a “Family Open House Day” for employees and their families as a special event for our summer vacation employees.
This was planned to allow our families, who always support us, to see the workplace and what it’s like to work there.

First, Ishizaka Sangyo’s business was introduced at the Community Plaza, and then the tour staff toured the recycling factory.
On the “Green Action Street” set up along the tour path, children were seen writing messages for their hard-working fathers!

This year, the participants also moved from the factory to the farm, where they were able to experience harvesting blueberries, which are in season now!
Ishizaka Farm staff also shared tips on how to find sweet and delicious blueberries.

Once participants got the hang of it, they were amazed at how sweet the freshly picked blueberries were and ended up picking boxes full of them.

Afterwards, we will guide you through a “delicious experience” at the Exchange Plaza.

The program was packed with experiences, providing an opportunity for participants to learn about Ishizaka Sangyo’s wide-ranging efforts, which go beyond just its recycling business.
