[Free to attend] Environmental Education Leader Training will be held at our company on Friday, January 18th

The program design course for the FY2018 Environmental Education and Learning Promotion Leader Training for Teachers and Other Staff, sponsored by the Japan Environmental Education Forum, a public interest incorporated association, will be held at our company on January 18th.

The FY2018 Training Course for Teachers and Other Staff to Develop Leaders for Promoting Environmental Education and Learning is being held with the aim of cultivating leaders who will promote environmental education and learning in the local community, with the aim of building a sustainable society.

Our company is the only one in Saitama Prefecture to be certified as a “Place of Opportunities for Experiences” (*), and also serves as the secretariat for the “Place of Opportunities for Experiences” research organization.
Utilizing the Satoyama landscape, we hold experiential environmental education programs throughout the year, including food and agriculture education that uses the five senses and Satoyama experiences.

The Program Design Course is designed to develop leaders who can plan and implement “experiential activities” in environmental education by visiting fields that have been certified as “places for experiential opportunities.”

Participation is open to a wide range of people, including staff from NPOs/NGOs, government and private companies, teachers, and those involved in education, as well as students and the general public who are interested in environmental education and ESD (participation is free).
