The dates for the 2019 special program have been decided!

The “Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program,” where CEO Noriko Ishizaka will give a lecture on a theme, will be held again in 2019.
The “Special Program” will be a rich experience that can only be experienced here, including in-depth content that cannot be conveyed in regular lectures and the voices of actual employees.

Details such as the themes for each session and how to apply will be announced on our website and Facebook.

A lecture was held solely based on questions from attendees. Ishizaka answered a wide range of questions head-on, including management concerns, human resource development, succession planning, etc.

To celebrate the publication of Ishizaka’s third book, he spoke in detail about his passion and future prospects that he was unable to fit into the book.

He shared various anecdotes about the journey and management philosophy that transformed the company from a desperate crisis into one that is loved by the local community.

The brand “All about Ishizaka-style human resource training”
focuses on the “people” of Ishizaka Sangyo, and provides information on employee training and human resource development, including actual employee testimonials.

“The Frontline of Environmental Education!”
Ishizaka Sangyo, an industrial waste disposal company, spoke about the challenges and future of environmental education, introducing examples of environmental education from around the world.
