Ishizaka Gijuku would like to introduce a special open lecture to be held on Tuesday, July 17th .
Theme: “What is ‘deliciousness’ perceived through the five senses?”

By pursuing cooking from various angles in a positive manner, we can discover the essential value of “the connection between nature, people, food, and the community” within “delicious food.”
We will introduce Shibuya’s activities, which are focused on local production and consumption and “connect the process from production to consumption,” and talk about the importance of learning about the values of things and people through cooking, as well as the importance of interacting with local producers and cultivating a compassionate heart.

Born November 8th , 1975. Graduated from Tokorozawa High School and entered the Department of Electronic Engineering at Kogakuin University. He then went on to Tokyo Culinary Institute, and after graduating he trained at a French restaurant in Tokyo (training in France three times), cooked at embassies in Tokyo (Germany, Switzerland, France), and organized events and parties for foreign companies. Currently, he aims to contribute to and revitalize the local community through a local production and consumption approach, with the desire to use the experience and knowledge he has cultivated over the past 20 years to help many local people.
