[Held on Thursday, March 8th] Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Noriko Ishizaka Lecture Special Program Participants Wanted!!

On Thursday, March 8th, we will be holding the “1st Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program,” where you can participate in a lecture by our CEO, Noriko Ishizaka, and a social gathering.
The theme will be “Five Senses Management: From Minus to Positive.”

Last year, we celebrated our 50th anniversary.
As we look ahead to the next 50 and 100 years, we will revisit our history of turning negatives into positives and the aspirations we had at the time, and consider the mindset we need for the future.

We will talk about Ishizaka’s philosophy, which has transformed the company from an industrial waste disposal site into a cutting-edge, environmentally conscious enterprise that attracts visitors from around the world, through the practice of five-sense management: “show” and “be
seen.” We will also share various anecdotes about the unique management techniques that transformed the company from a dire crisis into one beloved by the local community.

After the lecture, you can enjoy a delicious seasonal Italian buffet at the social gathering.
Chef Sato of Mitomi Konjaku Mura will be serving Italian cuisine using plenty of carefully selected vegetables from Ishizaka Farm. Please come along and join us!
