Third installment: “30 Questions” lecture answered by CEO Noriko Ishizaka

In the third installment of the “Ishizaka Sangyo Presents Special Program” held at our company
, I shared some behind-the-scenes stories that I have not shared in my three books to date.

Noriko Ishizaka, the author of three books, “Even in dire straits, I transformed my company into the most beloved in the world! The tearful story of a second-generation female president,” “Five-sense management: The daughter of an industrial waste company talks about turning things around,” and “Turning any negative into a positive: Future Classroom,” spoke about the dreams she wants to pursue in the future and business management.

This lecture was the first attempt to collect questions from participants in advance that they wanted to ask Noriko Ishizaka or talk about, and answer them as “30 Questions.”
By the day of the event, we had received more questions than we expected, and Ishizaka was able to share topics that she rarely talks about in her usual lectures, from her thoughts on the industry and management to her own worries and how she maintains her motivation.

This year’s special lectures ended in October, but we hope to hold more valuable lectures and discussions next year and beyond. We will
let you know as soon as the details are decided, so please join us at the next event.
