User Agreement for Environmental Education Facilities

1. Notice for visitors and users of the facilities

Access to any facilities other than the designated location is strictly prohibited.
The hours of use under this agreement include preparation time, the actual event, and clean-up time.
After use, please return the space to its original condition. Please return any borrowed materials/equipment to staff.
Please exercise due care in the use of facilities and equipment. The user may be required to pay the cost of any damage arising from anything other than normal use of the facilities.
No trash bins are available at the facilities. Please remove your own trash and cooperate in keeping the facilities clean.
Please exercise proper conduct in use of the facilities. You may be refused to use the facilities in the event of improper conduct.
The use of any fire (including bonfires, barbecues, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited inside facilities. Smoking is permitted only in designated locations.
The presence of animals and hazardous materials is not permitted on the premises.
Promptly notify the management (tel. 049-259-5800) in the event of any injury occurring on the premises.
Electrical outlets (in meeting rooms, along tour routes, etc.) may not be used without prior permission.
Use of the facilities is not permitted in the following situations (note that the privilege of using the facilities may be revoked even if your request to use them has already been accepted):
  • a disturbance of public order, or concern about possible inappropriate conduct
  • concern about possible damage or loss relating to the facilities
  • the privilege of using the facilities has been obtained through false or wrongful means
  • the facilities are unusable due to a disaster or similar incident
  • users fail to follow staff instructions, or users otherwise obstruct management of the facilities
Please do not reassign or transfer your usage privileges to any other person. If the user indicated on the user agreement differs from the actual user, the event may be terminated and usage may be cancelled.
Ishizaka Sangyo assumes no responsibility for any accident that may occur due to negligence or lack of due care by any user during a tour or use of the facilities.
Guardians are asked to be responsible and are expected to exercise due care and attention for the safety of children in the use of athletic facilities. Ishizaka Sangyo assumes no responsibility for any accident involving children.

2. Instructions for organizers

The organizer must bear full responsibility for any event organized.
The organizer acknowledges the above section ("Notice for visitors and users of the facilities") and ensures that all guests to the premises are aware of its content.
For any events that involve a large number of visitors, organizers are requested to provide their own personnel, as necessary, for guiding visitors inside and outside the premises, and for vehicle parking, etc.
Ishizaka Sangyo assumes no responsibility for any accident associated with an event. Event organizers are requested to obtain their own group accident insurance for users.
Organizers are requested to collect and remove from the premises any trash generated by participants.
In the event children are present, guardians are requested to exercise care to prevent any accident. Ishizaka Sangyo cannot assume any responsibility in the event of any accident.

3. Basic policy for protection of personal information

Based on its management philosophy and code of conduct, Ishizaka Sangyo conducts its business activities in such a way as to contribute to society, earn the trust of all its customers, and meet stakeholder expectations.
The protection of personal information is a fundamental part of our business activities and a responsibility we take seriously.
Based on that awareness, we implement an integrated management system based on ISO 27001 international standards, and implement the following initiatives in order to provide the proper protection of personal information.
  • We will comply with legislation regarding the handling of personal information, as well as guidelines and other standards established by the national government.
  • We will assign a person to be responsible for protection of personal information in each organization that deals with personal information, establish systems to properly manage personal information, ensure that officers and employees are familiar with our policies, and strive for compliance with those policies.
  • Having provided notice of the purpose and means of contact with our company, we will collect personal information within the scope for which we have obtained permission.
  • We will handle personal information within the scope of purpose of use for which we have obtained permission.
  • Unless permitted by law, we will not provide or disclose personal information to a third party unless we have received prior consent from the affected person.
  • We will respond in good faith and promptly in the event a person contacts us regarding that person's personal information.
  • We will strive to prevent any unauthorized access to, and the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information, and will continue to safely manage personal information, and improve information security.
  • We will comply with the relevant legislation and standards, and strive to continuously improve our handling of personal information to cope with changing circumstances.
